Good morning Rosabel, here I make my contribution.

It is true, the labor sector is constantly evolving, driven by technology, sustainability and new market demands. Adapting vocational training modules through STEAM projects can be key to preparing students for these challenges. Here are some thoughts on how I think this could be implemented:

        – Technology Integration: Incorporating digital tools, such as 3D modeling software, data analysis and programming, allows students to become familiar with the technologies they will master in the future of work.

        – Focus on Problem Solving: STEAM projects encourage critical thinking and creativity. By addressing real-world problems, students develop practical skills that are highly valued in the job market.

        – Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Teamwork is essential in today’s work environment. STEAM projects, by spanning multiple disciplines, promote collaboration and learning among peers, preparing them to work in multidisciplinary teams.

        – Project Based Learning (PBL): This approach allows students to apply their knowledge in real contexts, which reinforces learning and increases motivation. Additionally, projects can be tailored to the specific needs of the local industry.

        – Continuous Feedback and Adaptation: Implementing a constant feedback system from employers and sector experts helps keep modules updated and relevant, ensuring that students are always aligned with market demands.

Good morning Rosabel, here I propose an idea:

Title: “Stories in Space: Interactive Adventures”

Description: This project consists of creating an interactive digital book where children can explore stories about space. Through illustrations, sounds and animated elements, children will immerse themselves in stories that teach them about the planets, stars and the science behind the universe. Kids can also create their own characters and alternate endings, encouraging creativity and storytelling.

Innovation: This project is innovative because it combines literature with technology in a playful way, allowing children to learn about science while developing narrative and artistic skills. Interactivity keeps you interested and engaged, and the ability to personalize stories promotes self-expression. Additionally, it introduces basic scientific concepts in an accessible and fun format, creating a foundation for future learning.

I think that Elenis contribution is also really interesting because it addresses STEAM education in an interdisciplinary way, in addition to enhancing the motivation and creativity of the students.

I find Antonia’s proposal very interesting and I think it meets what STEAM education truly is.
