SOFIA, Bulgaria, April 15, 2024 \u2013 The Erasmus+ project SpicE embarked on an enlightening journey as it convened for its 4th Project Meeting, graciously hosted by <\/span>\u0422\u0440\u0430\u043a\u0438\u0439\u0441\u043a\u0438<\/span> \u0423\u043d\u0438\u0432\u0435\u0440\u0441\u0438\u0442\u0435\u0442<\/span> in Sofia, Bulgaria. The vibrant discussions and immersive experiences marked the first day of this collaborative endeavor, facilitated by the generous venue provided by <\/span>\u0421\u041e<\/span> “<\/span>\u041f\u043e\u0434\u043a\u0440\u0435\u043f\u0430<\/span>” SEP Bulgaria.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Day one of the meeting delved into pivotal aspects of the project, addressing its progress, training programs, and organizational intricacies. Among the highlights were comprehensive discussions on the project’s status, detailed insights into the training program encompassing MOOC and blended learning methodologies, and meticulous planning regarding training mobilities. The team also explored the functionalities of the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) platform, crucial for effective dissemination and learning outcomes. Additionally, organizational matters such as timelines, rescheduling, and recruitment criteria were meticulously scrutinized, setting a solid foundation for future endeavors.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking ahead to the final project year, participants eagerly anticipate further deliberations on the project’s trajectory and milestones. Day two of the meeting saw invigorating discussions on pivotal next steps, including the nurturing of our vibrant Community of Practice and the establishment of an inclusive STEAM Education Alliance. The team also strategized on enhancing project dissemination and communication, aiming to amplify its impact and reach.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In a captivating excursion following the meeting sessions, participants had the privilege of visiting a Bulgarian primary school renowned for its STEAM center and inclusive facilities for children with special educational needs. Witnessing firsthand the innovative teaching methodologies employed by Bulgarian educators left a profound impression on the SpicE team. From interactive screens and science games to erasable wall boards and luminous constellations, the array of tools utilized in classrooms underscored the commitment to immersive and inclusive STEAM education.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Reflecting on the enriching experiences of the day, participants expressed admiration for the dedication and ingenuity of Bulgarian educators in fostering a dynamic learning environment.
